This is a video I shot today of my 12th batch of cider. A big bubble comes up, it happens about a very minute. I've never seen a big bubble like this. What causes bubbles like this?

Now that makes sense, thanks for the reply.Due to the design of your fermenter there are pockets of air collecting in the horizontal spaces.
As the pressure builds in these spaces it bubbles out, resulting in larger than normal bubbles.
