Almost 40 in Minne-snow-ta today! I will be brewing up an American Pale Ale this evening!

I only brew on Saturday and Sunday due to my work schedule. I'm about 2 weeks out from brewing my next batch as I have all the grain but my barley crusher mill is still being built!

EDIT: Scratch that, I just remembered I have a Brewer's Best Cream Ale kit sitting in my basement with specialty grains my brother bought me for Christmas, I better brew that before I get going crazy into all grain next!

im kegging tonight. i'ts kinda christmas for me today i have a order coming in from austin homebrew! alot of little toys i needed , bottle of starsan!!! a 7.9Gal fermentor, and coopers draught with some LDME to add to it, fresh packet of yeast.
also have a 5Gal rubbermaid cooler from a diff source. and i already have the hardware to convert it to a mash tun!! i have a busy brewing weekend ahead of me!!!!! the coopers will be my 3rd batch wish me luck!!!!

Hmm lets see.... i just finished a wheat beer that shall be dubbed "tornado wheat" since there were actual tornados near my house while i brewed. I could hear the tornado sirens, but the hops had to finish their boil..... priorities people!
