I was moving a 6 gallon bucket and when I set it down I stumbled and pushed on the lid a little. It created suction and drew in half the vodka in the bubbler.

Will this have an ill effect? Should I not worry about it?

Also dont drink vodka before you move heavy buckets around:) Another thing with anything plastic with an airlock, just break the seal before you move it around and this wont happen, those big mouth bubblers and other plastic carboys are very easy to suck back so we always just break the seal, move it and reseal, doesnt hurt anything to do that.
