Yeah, that'll work. No high pressure gauge, but I've never found them terribly useful.
It's a good price, comparable to what some of the online homebrew shops offer. I like that it includes a valve and barb.

Or you can get one with a second gauge for the same price.

Even better! That's a nice buy.
Personally, I wait for them to pop up on Craig's List...I've bought two for $15. Another (along with a tank) was a gift from a friend, who switched his paintball rig to nitrogen.
