Whitish cloudy haze

Hey guys I did a split batch of beer useing same wort but 2 different yeast in each.. I racked them both to secondary a few days ago. While 1 looks perfectly fine the other has a cloudy liquid about half in deep from the top... dunno if maybe I had too much foam left in fermenter from starsan in this one or what it could be.... any ideas?... also ill post a pic when I get home from work tonight
 
What were the yeasts? If one is very powdery it could just be that. One could not have finished fermenting, and a new krausen could be forming. Hard to say without a pic.
 
Its not really ontop of the liquid its quite clear ontop actually just the side view of the top liquid is just much more hazy white... the yeast on this one was white labs California ale yeast

Alrighty hope your right just havent had that white cloud in my other batches
