Did my first lager yesterday and first time using dry yeast in years. Brewed, cooled, rehydrated, and pitched last night. Checked this morning and noticed white stuff in the wort? I have never had an infection in 20+ batches and never used lager yeast so looking for some help. If it is an infection since I'm 12ish hours from pitching can this still be saved?
