I seen this on top of my second fermentation. Is it OK or ruined?

It's called yeast rafts...it's just yeast kicked up from the bottom by co2...it's normal. The top of a beer is rarely clear of some crud or another. It's fine.

The thing to remember is that infection form SKINS....not little bits of suff on the surface.

You're fine, like revvy said, skins form, often with bubbles, when there's an infection. Look at this thread and you'll feel better, your beer looks nothing like that (I have one in secondary that looks just like yours). That is a TON of headspace in that fermenter though, try to get either a smaller fermenter or brew bigger batches.
