I brewed up a little one gallon batch a few weeks ago with some leftover ingredients. I plan to bottle tomorrow and took a look at the secondary when I noticed this white crap around the top of the beer at the edge of the jug. I lightly rotated the jug to get off the beer. Does anybody know what this white crap is? It also appears to be sticking to the jug itself and making it foggy in appearance.

I have tried to look up other threads on the issue and it's either the yeast or infected. Does anybody know for sure?

Thanks.

Looks odd, how does it taste and smell? Picture is not great but it looks to be an infection beginning?

It smells and tastes like the flat warm beer it should. Below are more pictures. Most of it is flaky but one bubble looking thing appeared.
