I used it in a chocolate stout last year and it turned out OK. The banana aroma was very strong and pleasant. Unfortunately I screwed the pooch on fermentation temperatures and the rest of the beer suffered, but it's starting to self correct after some extended again. I'm going to try again with proper ferm temps and I'm hoping for a much better beer. Sorry, rambled off a bit there. I say go for it. Cheers! :mug:
