I just kegged my Wagner Weizen and it tastes great. It's exactly what I wanted in a Hefeweizen yeast. Aroma is a little fuity, banana and a little spicy clove in there. I like it. White Labs says it's attenuation is 73-77% but I managed to somehow get it to 81%! There's something to be said for good starters. I know its not available right now since it's the July/Aug platinium strain, but if you can find it I would highly suggest using it for your next weizen. I'll post with more tastings once it's cold and carbed up.
