I just kegged my Wagner Weizen and it tastes great. It's exactly what I wanted in a Hefeweizen yeast. Aroma is a little fuity, banana and a little spicy clove in there. I like it. White Labs says it's attenuation is 73-77% but I managed to somehow get it to 81%! There's something to be said for good starters. I know its not available right now since it's the July/Aug platinium strain, but if you can find it I would highly suggest using it for your next weizen. I'll post with more tastings once it's cold and carbed up.

I've been booted from the closet because "I'm making the jackets stink."

I used WLP300 for my Hefe.. cant wait for it. All next batches need to go to the basement for fermentation. Very nice fruity banana aroma.
