So a few month ago I was swelling a whiskey barrel i decided to save the water and use it to mash a beer in. The resulting beer i called whiskey water weisse. Its pretty bland but you totally get a whiskey sour feel from it.
I really want my keg back that i left it in so i was thinking about turning it into bottled mixed drinks.

I was going to get a bottle of bitters and a bottle of whiskey and pour them both into the keg and bottle.
do you guys think i should back sweeten? i have vegetable glycerin...
any recommendations for me moving forward with this idea?
I guess i need help figuring out the ratios a simple google of "whiskey sour" gives instructions that i base this off of.3.25 gallons in the keg. I'm trying to match the amount of "whiskey sours": to the amount of pours.so
3.5 gallons=448 fldoz / 8oz pours its 56 pours
I will add 56X these ingredients.
.75 oz Fresh lemon juice. (42.432 ounces)-(2.625pints/1.25 liters)
.75 oz Simple syrup -one part sugar, one part water-(omit the water and the sugar can be glycerin? if so 10 oz can be added
1.5 oz Bourbon. (84 oz)(5.25 pint)
Garnish: Cherry. i will do 1ml of bitters per serving (112 ml)
does the 50/50 ratio of servings to cocktails sound good?anyone have any thoughts?

bout to bottle this 2m or atleast blend it. Anyone think my ratios are way off?
