Just as a test, I put in 10lb of Amber DME and;
Beercalculus: OG. = 1.090, FG = 1.022, ABV 7.0 (using WLP001)
Tastybrew: OG. = 1.068, FG = 1.017, ABV 6.6 (using unkonwn strain @ 75% attenuation)
Both come out with similar ABV, but the gravities are pretty far off. Are either of these sites any good at all for estimating O.G./ F.G.?
