I'm planning on brewing one of these two beers for my next batch to have on hand for when it finally gets warm here:

BierMunchers Centennial Blonde

Ed Wort's Bee Cave Brewery Kolsch

I've never made either one before, they both sound really good from all of the comments I've read, so which one should I choose? Suggestions?
