Which Love Controller for a Brutus 10 build?

After looking at the Dwyer site, there appears to be a number of controllers that would work.
1. TS-13010 ($86)
2. TS2-010 ($50)
3. TS3-50020 ($50)

Is any one of these better for this application than another?
