Thanks for the links guys, i've checked them and it looks like my glacier and williamette hops will go with the coopers australian pale ale i'm going to brew today.
What i'm going to do is just boil, say a litre of water, toss the hops in then take it off the boil and leave it for 10 mins and strain into the fermenting bin before carrying on per instructions.
What i'm wondering is how much of each of the hops would be good?
