I brewed a WIPA last week loosely based on the gum ball head recipe on here.
I bittered with some magnum to 25 IBU'S, then added 2 ounces of Amarillo from 15 to FO.
I'm not looking to make gumball head.
I'm trying to decide what to dry hop with. My first instinct is to use simcoe or citra.
I've also thought about cascade or centennial.
Any suggestions?
