IF any smoke from the fire roasting is the dominant character (which is unlikely I'd say), then I'd go Specialty Smoked Beer.

Otherwise, that's definitely Spice Herb Veg as others have said.

Conversely, if the "fire roasted" character isn't noticeable, don't mention it at all, and just enter it as a habanero chocolate stout.

If you mention it, the judges will be looking for it, and if it's not there, they may hold it against you with regards to scoring.
