I believe you will have to download the Thomas Fawcett grain pack from Beersmith 1.4 support and then use the add on feature of B2 to install it.

Click "Add-ins" in BeerSmith 2.0 (Icon with puzzle piece) then select "Thomas Fawcett Grain Pack" from the list. No internet browsing required.
