I just racked my 5 gal Oktoberfest to secondary. Problem is it only filled it like 3 quarters full at best. They are both 5 gal containers. Where'd my beer go.

Maybe one of the containers is miscalibrated.

And some gets left behind with the trub.

I've heard those 5 gallon buckets are notorious for being marked incorrectly.
