Where to buy good swing top gaskets?

Does anyone out there know where to buy good quality swing top gaskets? I have ordered from a couple of places and I keep getting junk that does not provide a good seal. The poor quality gaskets are not of uniform thickness and are not very smooth, nor do they hold a good tight seal. I still have a few old gaskets that are much better quality...

Have you tried Austin Homebrew? This is what I use without issue.

$9 for 12. i just got 24 with my order and they look decent.. smooth, uniform thickness and tight fit to the plastic, and NOT glued as my fischer lids are.
