When to use Muntons Kreamyx beer kit primer with head formation

I have a can of Coopers LME, 1 kg of Muntons beer enhancer and 200 grams of Muntons Beer kit primer. I was wondering when the Muntons Beer Kit Primer/heading powder is added? After fermentation or before?

Primer, means you add it at bottling time. You traditionally boil it up in 2 cups of water and add it to your bottling bucket.
