Doing a Belgian Ale and am adding Bitter Orange Zest and Coriander, but am unsure when to add it. Im guessing putting it in the secondary is the answer, am I correct ?

Well, the recipe I'm using says to put it in @ 10 mins left in boil. Others say when it's taken off the flame.

Anywhere from 10 mins to flameout, you'll just have to experiment with it. Suggest you start with around 5 mins or so if it' your first time. You also can experiment with the level of crush of your corriander. I smash mine up pretty hard.

Add them at flame out. Do not boil the spices. Let them steep for 5 minutes and then begin chilling.

With my belgians I crush my corriander coarsely and add both it and the orange peel to the last 5 minutes of the boil. I've done 10 minutes before and it was too much. I'll try flame out next time.
