Planning on a consecration clone this Saturday and would appreciate some opinions on when to pitch the bugs. At primary along with primary yeast? Or in the secondary when primary yeast is finished? I've heard pitching together at primary you get more/ quicker sourness but it can get too sour this way. Any experience with this?? Thanks

Also, if I pitch bottle dregs from consecration will I grow too much wine yeast? I will also be pitching white labs Flanders ale yeast

Pitch during primary. Sour bugs take a long time, start early. I pitched in secondary and am at 1.2 years and its still not where i want it.
