So I brewed my first lager last Sunday night. It has been fermenting for 4 days now and has gone from a SG of 1.044 to 1.020 approx 75% done by my calculations(all in primary @ 50F). Am I ready to move this into the house at around 68F until done for a diacetyl rest? or should I wait another day or two?

Just checked airlock after an hour after taking my gravity reading. Still getting 43 bbls per minute so I'm gonna let it stay at 50 for a few more days. I'll check again sat night. Does this sound ok?

Don't use the airlock. Continue to use grav readings to dictate the steps you want to take. The airlock bubbling is probably just the off-gassing from the warming up.

I follow an advice from my local fellow homebrewers that diacetyl rest should be done after the fermentation is complete. In my case this is after 14-18 days.
