I made a quad the first week of October... life got busy, so that's the only beer that I have left in the fermenters at the moment. Do y'all think its ready to be kegged or should I wait a while and drink... GASP: Store purchased beer? Cheers

If you're asking is it done fermenting...yes. Is it ready to drink...maybe.

If your taps are empty, you might as well keg it and pull tastes every once in a while to see how its conditioning. It will continue to condition in the keg just as well as it would in the fermenter so unless you need the space in the keg (which doesn't sound like it) you should keg it.

Also, doing some research with store bought beer is never a bad thing
