I could make some suggestions.... but you are aware that it is November, right? Summer is quite a ways away. It just snowed about 5 inches here in WI.......

Do you want to make an American wheat, a Bavarian wheat, or something else?
 
Isn't it always summer in Baton Rouge? As opposed to Michigan, where it's currently snowing. I'm looking forward to going home and cracking open one of my dunkelweizens, regardless of the season!
 
Yeah, it is summer here always, well compared to W. Wa. where I used to live. I want this for mardi gras - jazz fest, sorry about the confusion.
