Hello all. I have a general question regarding a wheat beer I am trying to make. I purchased a kit from Midwest supplies which I have made before, but this time want to add some other ingredients. I have correander and Orange peel. The question is when to add these ingredients and how much too add? I was also wondering whether to add brown sugar as some people suggest to get a blue moonish type of taste? Any comments, direction and suggestions would be great!

search the recipe section. they have to add the orange and coriander during the last 5 min of the boil. dunno about the brown sugar, but you could add honey to give a little different flavor and kick up the gravity. i notice the wife had a Blue Moon Honey Wheat in the fridge the other day. i am not a fruity beer fan so i did not try it, but who knows...
