What's every one's favorite gluten free all grain pale ale or lager recipe?

I've got a few darker beer recipes I like but haven't made a pale ale or light lager that I'm fond of yet and looking for some inspiration.

Thanks in advance.

I make a SMaSH blonde ale that I enjoy. My most recent recipe:

9 pounds pale millet malt
0.6oz Tettnang 60 minutes
0.9oz Tettnang 10 minutes
yeast: Safale US-05
OG: 1.048
FG: 1.010
5% ABV

I would probably normally use 1oz of Tettnang, but apparently Europe had low alpha acid in their hops this year, so it was only 2.2%AA. I'm drinking it now, and the hops aren't super apparent, but it has a little bitterness, and I do taste the Tettnang; I think it's the right amount for this beer. Overall it's just an easy drinking beer, and gets generally good reviews, including from non-celiac friends.

My favorite so far is really simple, but turns out fantastic

10 lb 2-row
1.5 lb red wheat
.5 lb Golden Naked Oats

WY1868

Bitter - Apollo to 15 IBU

Equal parts Amarillo and Idaho 7 at 20 for 20 IBU (total of 35)

Flameout 1.5 oz Amarillo and 1.0 oz Idaho 7.

Simple, but awesome.
