What's up with wet hops?

The hops are fresh harvested, so they arent dried, you use them in your beer to give it a really bright fresh flavor, I have had a couple pints while out in Cali, it was pretty damn good, I recall some fresh grassy notes in it.

If you are going to give them a try, I would use them for late hop additions, using them for bittering is just wasting the magic that is fresh hops.

And you need a lot more of them by weight, since they arent dried instead of 1 oz you may need 6 or 8 oz of the wet.
