1st post! w00t! I was waiting to see the outcome of my first batch before signing up for a forum. And as a total armature with no knowledge of what I was doing...at all....I went with an English Bock, and it turned out DY-NO-MITE!
So now I have two more batches going and a healthy addiction to brewing. Hope to learn more from all of you masters of the craft.
