OK, what are our legal responsibilities on this board? Can we get in trouble for giving someone underage advice on making alcoholic beverages?

I hate being a d!ck and not answering questions, but I'd hate even more if I got in trouble or if Tx got in trouble for the info on this board.

How do we know the age of anybody on this board and even if they tell how do we know it is the truth? Also, information is information and what somebody does with it is their business. Last time I looked we have the right to say what I want and I would say discussions about making alcohol are well within our right.

Now the new avatar of yours. If it isn't illegal it should be!

I kind of think we'd finger the youngsters kind of quick based on their posts. They'd probably think innocently they could make "buzz material" easily and after a couple of our replies back to them; fade away. Since what we inform others isn't anything different from what could be had from a book I'd say we're safe.

Freedom of speech. Home brewing is not illegal therefore you can provide as much or little information as you want on the subject. I'm sure the various drug and marijuana cultivation forums would get sued before us.

Just leave the bomb making to the "other" forum. HA! I kid.

Your worried about advice to some one under age? More importantly, there should be a law against your aviator. Every time I see it......
well.........

Oh my........ ;)

I could but I don't see what the problem is. Don't you guys like walruses?

How can you exaggerate like that? A walrus is nowhere near that large!

To be honest I was thinking manatee, but even full grown, THEY don't even pack that much bulk... :drunk:

Why does every thread tend to gravitate towards my avatar du'jour? I can't say two words without people being distracted by that little picture.
