Hi im just wondering whats the best quality wine kite available and were can we buy it online?
Must be in the uk!

Been using beavedale 30 bottle wine kit which is good but im a bit disappointed that you only get 7.5 litres of actuall grape juice and you have to add 15 litres of water!!!
Plus this kit contains added sulphites Id like a wine kit that contains no added sulphites!

Is there a kit available that gives us say 15 litres of grape juice? if so whats the kits called and were can we buy it in the uk ?
Thanks :)

I don't know what's available in the UK. The ones I buy are made in Canada, and are excellent quality. They are about $175 US.

Can you get Cellar Craft or En Primeur kits in the UK?

Oh, and one last thing- as far as added sulfites, you can leave them out if you choose. Just remember that fermentation itself produces sulfites so there really isn't such a thing as "sulfite free wine" with homebrewer's wine yeast. You can do a "no added sulfite" wine, though!

Eclipse has been a great high end wine kit for me. Currently have a Pinto Noir in secondary. Run about 160 dollars a kit.

Its an eclipse make which as mentioned, does seems to be the best quality kit available

Ps tried clicking my link above and it doesnt seem to work for some reason!
But its from https://www.hopandgrape.co.uk/

Yes I know its virtually impossible to make a completly sulphite free wine, I never ever add sulphites to my wine at the end, as the alcohol alone acts as a preservative aslong as we drink it quite young and straight away which i do! :)
I know sulphites are not dangerous to most people, but some of us seem to be quite sensitive to it! it makes me dead out of breath ! :(
So im not adding any whatsoever!!!

Yep im ordering an eclipse kit next! :)

Good choice, won't be disappointed. Realized i called it a pinto noir too lol stupid auto correct.
