What's new in brewing?

I've been out of brewing for about 5 years now.

What's changed, if anything significant before I jump back in this fall?

I was doing 6 gallon eBIAB and kegging in corny's.

I sold everything, so I am not opposed to trying the latest and greatest (within reason)

Latest and greatest stuff still runs the gamut in choice and costs. I suppose more people are getting into the lets brew the most expensive six pack of beer possible mindset!

The big change I would say is the all in one electric brewing systems that are very popular now.

There have been some new hop and yeast varieties in the last 5 years.....

Pressurized fermentation is a big thing. Not sure if you were into that 5 years ago. The all in 1 E breweries are a big thing and they couple as an E distillery as well, also a big thing.

The hops added after the boil are now reported in pounds instead of ounces.
