I have the hardest time understanding how to read my hydrometer. What is my FG Reading?

I'm pretty sure you're showing us the balling scale. Rotate the hydrometer so that we can see the SG scale. It will look something like the picture I've included and should range in values from ~0.990 to ~1.170

What is the temperature of your sample?

Temperature can change the reading depending on how far it is from 60º F.
