I'm doing EdWort's Bavarian Hefeweizen right now. Hit my numbers fairly well, but I double-milled my grains for the first time which boosted mash efficiency by 10%. It should still come out within standards though.

This was also my first ferment where I discovered yeast making a run for it, and had to use a blowoff tube.

A RIS, Farmhouse Rye, Sour Farmhouse, Raspberry Sour, Apricot Sour, a Golden Sour with GigaYeast Sour Cherry funk, Sour Brown with Tart Cherries

I brewed Gordon Strong's "Simplicity Mild" and it's finishing up in the fermenter now. May is mild month you know, I had to get with the program! Looks like it's gonna be a beauty too, so much flavor from only 3 grains. The Fawcett chocolate is the secret in this one.

5 gallons of hard cider. I'm letting it sit in there for awhile to clear on it's own. I may give it a bit of a hand by cold-crashing and racking.

6 gallons EdWort's original Apfelwein
3 gallons Cranberry Pomegranate Apfelwein
3 gallons hopped Apfelwein
1 gallon Chardonnay
5 gallons generic Amber Ale

Just a simple Hefeweizen in primary right now.

Have a Raspberry Cream Ale on deck next for summer, and really want to try my hand at a Belgian Trippel now that I have an extra fermenter.
