I guys,

The pic below is of a German Pilsner it's been in the fermentor now for around one month. Around two weeks in it stopped fermenting and the crust on top did not drop to the bottom. I left it for a week still nothing happened so I moved it to a warmer room thinking maybe fermentation had stopped as it was too cold. Still mornings happened. Take a look what do you think I should do? It's only my second AG batch.

Looks like hops and stuff. That can happen when you move it or change temps and rouse the yeast. It doesn't look like any kind of infection I've ever seen.

Just hang in there and rack to secondary according to the schedule and then lager. I bet when you taste it at racking it will be just fine. If you are REALLY in a hurry, you could draw a sample now and see how it tastes...
