I've recently discovered Bell's Two Hearted Ale and am in love. Also been enjoying Sweetwater's Happy Ending and Festive brews recently.

Monk's Blood just became available in our area through contract brewing and I've been digging that quite a bit. I think it's vanilla and Fig flavored.

I just got back from the northwest so I had some beers I couldn't get down here including Mac and Jacks African Amber, Alaskan Winter ale, Yakima craft beers and others

Outside of all of my homebrew I haven't been drinking much commercial brew. I recently had two sierra nevada celebration ales....they were pretty good. A little rough around the edges for me...I would have preferred them to be a little darker...some more caramel or even munich.

Drinking my Amarillo IPA, My Honey Brown Ale, and My Cascade IPA. Commercially been sipping on some Grolsch, Voodoo Vador, Founders Centenial IPA, and Stone Riunation IPA.
Cheers:mug:

My new go to commercial beer is Redhook ESB. I'm sure I could do better in the ESB department, but it's very available here and pretty good.

For Christmas Eve, I have a bottle of Two Turtle Doves from the Bruery. For Christmas Day, I have a bottle of Russian River Consecration, batch 3 and a keg of all Citra IPA. I had a pint of Velvet Merkin from Firestone Walker the other day, and I love that beer. Had a pint of Pliny right after and it was nice, but I think I'm jaded. Pliny seems tame to me now.

My go to as of the last month or two has been Racer 5. I picked up a few Holiday brews that I like. Bridgeports Ebenezer Ale, Full Sails Wassail Ale and Anderson Valley's Winter Solstice.

I had a "Black Art" the other day... German import dark lager which was pretty good. Upland Barleywine for the first time as well - really enjoyed that. I am also drinking my own Honey Brown and Black IIPA.

I attempted to drink Chicago out of Gumballhead this fall, but failed....now on to Lagunitas Hop Stoopid and Little Sumpin' Sumpin' Ale.

fortunately the archane blue laws regarding beer were changed here recently...within the past 3 months i was told. I've just been noticing the past 2 weeks or so that good beer is finding its way to the mountain state. Recently had a westmalle tripel, SN celebrator, porter and topedo IPA. almost heaven indeed
