What's brewing?

Hey guys, I want to do an extract kit on a light beer but don't know what to do. I just wanted to post this to see what kind of light colored beers everyone is brewing these days and get some ideas!

I did a Blonde Ale kit from Midwest Supplies a few months ago. It turned out really well. The 5 gallons didn't last nearly long enough.

Northern Brewers Speckled Heifer (WY1056) and Petite Saison(WY3711).

Shooting from the hip. I threw together a Mr. Beer classic American light HME with half a pound of wheat DME and dry hopped a half ounce of Falconer Flight. Resulted in an aromatic light wheat beer. Really nice session beer.

I have brewed this three times now.

Once with a new brewer
once for myself - because it's cheap to get the stuff you need at lhbs
once for my brother (currently fermenting) for his superbowl party.

it's got a lot of fruit aroma and it's a nice light hoppy beer.
