I am planning to so a fortified Single Malt Scotch Ale, and am wondering what yeast I should use? I like to use liquid yeasts from White Labs. Any sugestions? I am going to add the Single Malt Scotch to the secondary before bottleing to taste unless anyone has any other ideas.

Let me know

Check some of the websites of yeast producers. They usually describe what styles of beer they suit and the flavours they bring out. Since it's a scotch ale i'd probably use a strain of munton's ale yeast since they're designed for british styled ales.

Wyeast 1728 Scottish Ale Yeast, although I'm certain White labs has something similar. With the right yeast, you may not even need the single malt.
