I am making a 10 gallon batch of a black ipa. I'm thinking of doing half as the regular dry hoping, but I'm trying to decide what to do with my other half. I can do the same, and just have 2 kegs of the same thing, or I can toss in other things to play with the recipe. I'm thinking either a citrus peel, dark fruit like blackberries or chocolate. The majority of the hops in the recipe is falconer's flight.

Any suggestions/advice?

Thanks

I think you should go with either the chocolate (I'm a big fan of cocoa nibs) or the citrus peel. Maybe grapefruit? I personally think the blackberries might sweeten it up too much and take away from your hops, but that is just my opinion.

Thanks for the input. I going to see if I cantons cocoa nibs locally and us those. If I cant, I think ill go citrus peel.
