So it is two weeks to the day since I fermented a 5 gallon batch of Mexican Lager. My local retailer sold me two cans of extract, one larger than the other. I thought the smaller can said Golden something.
Anyway, I did not add any corn sugar during the boiling of the Wort, and I'm not sure if I was supposed to or not.
Didn't take OG.
I had moderate fermentation activity for a few days after about 24 hours past pitching the yeast.
My question is should I go ahead and bottle? Or is there some tweaking I should do?
Thanks!

You don't need to add sugar to the wort. You *will* need to add 4-5 oz of sugar just before bottling, to carbonate the beer. Give it at least another week before you bottle, if you don't have a hydrometer.
