Weekend after next my club is having “Firebrew”. This brew will yield 150 gallons of wort with 135 gallons spoken for. In the probable event there’s extra wort, any suggestions on what to do with it?
As of now I’m doing a 5 gallon batch of doppelbock and 5 gallons of Barleywine. I’m planning on bringing an extra 2-3 fermenters just in case. I should be getting the recipe tonight and will post it.
