What to brew with Wyeast 3789?

I have a smack pack of this blend which apparantly contains 3522 and some brett. I bought it on clearance, and I really should use it.

Looking for a recipe to brew with this.. preferably something sessionable?

It's supposed to be the Orval blend, right? A lower gravity version of a Belgian Pale Ale sounds like the perfect fit.
