i have a Light beer i made thats good A Stout that is awesome ! and an IPA thats fermenting. Also a lemon in the Keg Carbing. it is summer time approching so what to brew next???
Any Ideals? i dont have a place for lagers to ferment and have never done meads or ciders

Every beer is a seasonal. I drink stouts during the summer and pales during the winter. It honestly doesn't matter to me. I brew what I want.

Crank out one or two lighter beers (I recommend a bitter, pale ale, or wheat beer of your choice) that will be ready rather quickly then get to work on a RIS or barleywine so it has time to age for the winter.

Edit: I almost forgot to mention a low ABV dry stout for grilling season!

Odd. I always felt that stouts were a winter beer (since they are good served warmer) and pale ales and lagers are for summer (more refreshing). To each his own I guess.

OP: I would go with a wheat beer, great spring brew, throw a small amount of coriander and sweet orange peel in the primary for a spring taste! :rockin:

Great suggestions! I have never tried a barleywine before so it shall be! i have a light summer beer kegged already and another in mind for my non beer drinking friends Bud lighters they are so a Barleywine recipe it will be.

A cold Pilsner is always good on a hot day if you have temperature control to make it.
