Hi . i'm doing Milk stout kit and after 3 days there is no Bubble in the Airlock . however the woter in the airlock goes on one side and some of the beer Liquid start to enter the airlock . please see the image attach and tell me what this could mean . btw i'm Very close to the final gravity 1.025 and the kit says the final gravity should be between 1.020 / 1.024

Hard to tell without more context. Are you keeping your fermenter in a freezer? It looks like frost has formed on the top of the fermentation chamber. The liquid in the airlock could be frozen and that's why you're not getting any airlock activity.

Beer in the airlock means the krausen expanded bigger than the space leftover in your fermenter. Use a blow off tube next time.

Last piece of advice, airlock activity doesn't tell you anything. Gravity measurements are the only sure way to confirm fermentation is in progress/complete.

liquid in the airlock could be frozen
i don't think that the case . the temp of the wort is between 18C and 20C for the whole time . and i can assure you it's not frozen
 
You need to replace the airlock with a blowoff tube. Thats a hose that runs into a jar of starsan. Put the airlock back once the ferment slows.

What's up with the layer of ice there?
