what temp do you serve your ipas at.

i brewed lagers for years . i always serve them very cold like 36-38.

i recently noticed that my ipas had more aroma and flavor when they are a little warmer than my lagers.

i am lettign the kegerator warm up a bit. but do you keep and serve you ipas in the 40 rather than 30's?

40ish. I think my kegerator is set to 5° C. I only have one so they all get served at that temp.

Cold suppresses flavor, which is part of the fun of brewing. I've tasted beer from frozen to around 90° F!

Kegerator is set at 37F. It warms up in the glass.

My kegerator is set to 39F. I use a warm glass, and it's like 76F in my house so it's warm enough quickly. But I tend to still enjoy them colder. English IPAs I do like a tiny bit warmer.
