To mash your pale ales?

My last batch I did 151 and I think it was too dry and needed some more malt backbone so I'm going to head upwards of 154 next time.

What do you like to mash your pale ales at?

Depends on my grain bill, mostly. If I have lots of specialty malts, like 152. If it's mostly base malt, which pales tend to be, then 154 is good. 156, at least, for a session pale.

I'm starting to think that mash time has more effect on attenuation than temperature, though.
