So I've got this one lagering in secondary right now. I got the recipe off of another post in the recipes forum. But I was wondering if anyone had any idea what style lager you would consider this?
6lbs Pilsner Malt extract
Partial Mash: 12 oz German Munich Malt (8L)
8 oz German Light Crystal
8 oz Aromatic
Hops: 1/2 oz Hallertauer Hersbrucker at 60 min
1/2 oz Spalter at 60 min
If desired, throw some 1/2 oz hersbrucker or spalter in at 5 minutes
YEAST- Wyeast Munich Lager 2308
