What should i make...

I have some ingredients laying around I need to get rid of. I want to make an extract beer because I am short on time this week. I will be going to the lhbs this week to buy the malt extract. But I have an ounce of cascade, and an ounce of vanguard, and s-04 yeast. Not sure what kinda recipe I can make this with stuff? Thanks!

No grains on hand, but getting some isn't an issue.

.50 cascade at 60
.50 cascade at 20
1 oz vanguard at 1
Pitch with S-04.

Looks good to me! How do you like the Vanguard, I've never used it?

Never used it either! I got it on accident when i bought a bunch of other stuff, just got mixed in with my order. Hoping for some nice aroma.

Same question here. But I have lots of two row barley, special brown malt. Lots of Wheat malt, oatmeal and whole kernel corn. And only English ale Yeast.
