I have some ingredients laying around I need to get rid of. I want to make an extract beer because I am short on time this week. I will be going to the lhbs this week to buy the malt extract. But I have an ounce of cascade, and an ounce of vanguard, and s-04 yeast. Not sure what kinda recipe I can make this with stuff? Thanks!

Lots of choices with those hops, American Pale Ale, Stout, Blonde, really just about anything. Do you have an specialty grains?

What about this for a blonde?

8 oz crystal (steep)
8 oz carafoam (steep)
6 lbs. extra light DME
.50 cascade at 60
.50 cascade at 20
1 oz vanguard at 1
Pitch with S-04.

Same question here. But I have lots of two row barley, special brown malt. Lots of Wheat malt, oatmeal and whole kernel corn. And only English ale Yeast.
